Can equipment be shipped fully assembled, and what site preparation is needed?
Integrated pump stations, interception wells and pump gates within the usual diameters can all be fully assembled and pressure tested in the factory and shipped as one unit. The site must have the excavation, bedding and lifting access ready with a crane able to work. Once in position, connect the inlet and outlet pipes, power and control cables, then commission with water and the station is ready.
What does after-sales service cover?
Site survey and selection review, installation technical guidance, commissioning and operator training. During the warranty period the equipment and supplied components are handled as agreed in the contract; afterwards we provide inspection advice and spare parts. Operating data can be connected to a remote monitoring platform so anomalies are spotted early.
Can products be customised for non-standard duties?
Yes. Cylinder diameter, depth, inlet and outlet orientation, pump brand and control system can all be adapted to project conditions. For unusual water quality, severe cold or high groundwater we can modify materials and structural solutions and provide the corresponding calculations and verification documents.
How do I obtain a quotation and selection advice?
Send us the project location, design flow, head, invert levels of the inlet and outlet pipes and the well position through the form on this site or by email. Our engineering department completes a selection check first, then issues the equipment list and quotation.
